Fees and Rebates

All sessions are 50 minutes. 
Sessions during business hours: $220AUD
Sessions outside business hours i.e 8 am and from 4pm: $235AUD
Current Medicare rebate for those with a valid doctor’s referral: $141.85AUD

Referring doctors

Please send referrals to fax number (03) 8669 4401. Please ensure the referral is sent in keeping with Medicare requirements i.e. Referral letter and not just a Mental Health Care Plan/Review. Failure to do so may result in a delay in client care. 

Appointment days and times.

Monday – morning & early afternoon (in-person or telehealth)
Tuesday –morning & early afternoon (telehealth only
Wednesday – late morning & afternoon (in-person or telehealth)
Thursday/Friday/Weekends - closed 
 

For those seeking therapy or supervision.

Please send me an email on info@satvirgillpsychology.com.au with a brief outline containing your name, contact details, and a line or two about your reason for seeking therapy/supervision. 

I will then contact you to set up a 10-15 minute phone call to discuss this further, as well as either arrange your first appointment or offer other options if I’m not the best fit. 

Crisis support

Please note that I do not provide crisis services. If you are in distress and/or crisis, please contact 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

In-person and telehealth (video) sessions available.

Face to face sessions take place in my office in Hawthorn, which has ample free parking nearby, and is close to public transport. However, please note that the office has a large staircase entry with no lift available.
